For hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once the box seal is opened or the product has been used.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, leaking or wrong product, email us at aurumnoir123@gmail.com within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video. We will send a replacement or issue a refund after we review your request.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–7] business days. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
